Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before your first order. Can't find an answer? Open a ticket from your dashboard once you're signed in.

Is it safe for my accounts?

Orders only need a public link — never a password or account access. Services are delivered through upstream providers, and each service lists its own quality notes (refill window, drop rate, start time) so you can pick what fits your risk tolerance.

How fast do orders start?

Orders are dispatched to providers automatically, usually within 30 seconds of being placed. Each service shows its own measured average completion time so you know what to expect before ordering.

What payment methods can I use?

Cards, crypto, and regional gateways — deposits are credited to your balance instantly and you pay per order from that balance. There is no subscription or monthly fee.

What does "refill" mean?

Services marked refill-eligible are re-delivered for free if the count drops within the refill window. You can request a refill from your orders page with one click, and drops on eligible services are also detected automatically.

Can I resell these services?

Yes — every account includes an API key for the standard v2 reseller API (services, add order, status, refill, cancel, balance). Most panel software connects to it with just the URL and key.

What happens if an order doesn't complete?

Orders that stop short are marked Partial and the undelivered remainder is refunded to your balance automatically. You can also submit a cancel request on a running order and get refunded for whatever hasn't been delivered.
